Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy a travel eSIM plan from esimrails. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
esimrails is operated by {legal name}, {address}.
What we sell
We sell eSIM data plans for use abroad. Each plan shows the destination it covers, its data allowance (or that it is unlimited) and how many days it lasts. A plan gives you mobile data only. It does not include a phone number, calls or texts.
Your device
An eSIM works only on a compatible device that is unlocked. Check device compatibility before you buy. We cannot make a plan work on a device that does not support eSIM or is locked to a carrier.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you choose, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. The prices shown include tax. Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
After payment we send your QR code by email and show it on your order page. This is usually immediate, but it can take up to 10 minutes.
Using your plan
- The plan runs for the number of days shown on it.
- Network coverage and speed depend on the mobile networks at your destination and on where you are. We do not guarantee a particular speed or coverage.
- Unlimited plans are fair use: after a high-speed data allowance, which depends on the plan, your speed may be reduced.
- Deleting the eSIM from your device is final. We cannot put it back.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
Refunds are explained in our refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because an eSIM is a digital service that starts straight away, at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want your eSIM delivered immediately and that you understand your right of withdrawal ends once it has been delivered.
Acceptable use
Use your plan lawfully and in line with the rules of the networks that carry it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
